Let's Talk About: My TOP 10 of BIGBANG's songs

Always (2007)
:
A song that tells about a boy who will always love his girl because ever since they met for the first time, his girl made his world beautiful. Wow...so sweeeet. Hahahaha. What a simple music video and one of BIGBANG's MV that I like. Why? Because this is where we can see members' cute and bare faces and without crazy hairdo. The clean white apparel makes them even look more innocent. My favorite part of this song is when Taeyang does the ad-lib "Anytime...Every time" on the last chorus. It feels nice to hear him sings that part.

Cafe (2011):
The catchy intro and opening words from heavy-tone rapper, T.O.P, opens this song with a punch. Then comes the falsetto voice from the leader, G-Dragon, sings the chorus full of feeling. From there, I can make sure myself this song is worth enough to be on my list. The sad lyrics tell about a boy who got dumped by a girl in a cafe and that cafe always reminded him of his ex-girl. My favorite part of this song is when...hmmm...wow, I can't think about it because every part of this song is interesting. Maybe I can say when T.O.P said " I remember when you walk through that door bla bla bla". Bingu's voice is sexy.

Love Dust (2012):
I dunno how to explain this song. Attractive music and good lyrics...ah I dunno exactly what makes me love this song. And believe it or not, this song is really hard to be sung (especially when you do it solo) because the shift between the lyrics is pretty fast. Fast enough to take you out of breath. The lyrics tell about two people who just got broke up and the boy picturizes their love story has become love dust. My favorite part is the bridge part where Daesung and Taeyang alternately sing "Eonjenga gireul jinada bla bla bla". Why? Because when I finally found out about the meaning of that part, I felt like I've been punched in my face. Hahahaha.

Bad Boy (2012):
The song from the "Alive" EP that can make me fall in love instantly and make me play it over and over again ever since it's released. The melody that can make you swinging slowly left-right. Again, it's about the lyrics that can make me fall in love with a song. This song tells about a guy who's apologizing to a girl that has been hurt by him because he acted like a jerk, though the reality was he loved and didn't wanna lose that girl so much. The MV is also interesting because it's made in NYC with a dark tone. This is also one of the songs that is hard to be sung as a solo coz the shift between lyrics is once again pretty fast. My favorite part of this song is when T.O.P sings "Ije geunyang chingu heeojimi aswiun bla bla bla". Not only that that part has an interesting meaning, but also the way T.O.P sings it. Sounds like there's a raised note at the end, especially when he sings it live.

A Fool's Only Tears a.k.a Nunmul (2006):
The first time to hear BigBang's song that has a thick RnB vibe. The highlight from this song is the strong vocal from YB, Dae, and Riri but the MV isn't my cup of tea. Hehe. The lyrics show the sensitive side of a guy when his girl left him. Hey, a guy still a human being, right? So it's fine for a guy to cry. My favorite part when Dae sings "nan nunmul ppunin baboro namnunda hedo bla bla bla" His voice is powerful in that part. He really is the voice of BigBang.

Haru Haru - acoustic version (2008):
For those of you who already fell in love with Haru Haru, it is better for you to listen to the acoustic version if you never heard it. I bet you will like the song even more. Simple music makes this song even more interesting.

Still Alive (2012):
One of the genius songs I've ever heard. What a great lyrics and melody. This song is sick! This song is the best way to represent what BigBang wants in the "Alive" album. They wanna prove that though there are so many bad events happened to them, especially a few specific members, in the past years but BigBang still exist. They're still alive, no matter what. My favorite part...hmm...the whole song, I guess. I cannot really separate which part is the most favorite.

Ego - Japanese version (2012):
One of the songs from BigBang that I found sexy because of the guitar playing in the background. And for me, I prefer this song to be sung in Japanese rather than the Korean version. Lyrics are killing me. The story about a guy who falls in love deeply with this girl who can make him kneel down and lost his ego. My favorite part is the whole chorus and part where T.O.P sings.

Gara Gara Go - Japanese version (2009):
This is the type of song that can make you move your body along with the rhythm. The lyrics also asks us to move and party along with BigBang. My favorite part is the music intermission after GD sings his part. It is too bad that the Korean version is not really a Korean version, coz it only gets the chorus translated to Korean. The rest of the song is still in Japanese.

Love Song (2011):
Every part of this song is awesome. The lyrics, music and even the MV is making me fall for it. A lil bit touch of rock makes this song a lil bit different from other BigBang songs. Every part of this song is my favorite part. Once again, I cannot decide which one is. I love this song so much.

Those are mine. What are yours? :)
